Public Message from the Laika — “Walk as the Breath Between Worlds”- August 14, 2025
Omar Ta Saat. We are the Laika — Luminous Ones, Keepers of the Four Winds, dreamers of the Earth’s first songs. We speak not from far away but from within the air that moves around you now, from the roots that rest beneath your feet.
The time is now for those who walk in light to remember how to move as wind, as breath, as living prayer. In this world, the heavy winds of fear and division blow hard, yet the true warrior of light learns to dance with them, turning their force into movement toward unity.
We call you — people of heart, seekers of vision, dreamers of the future — to open to the Four Winds within you:
South – Serpent teaches you to shed the skin of the old stories.
West – Jaguar (Cougar/ Panther) teaches you to walk without fear through shadow and death.
North – Hummingbird feeds you the sweetness of the ancestors, so you may travel great distances without losing hope.
East – Condor (Eagle) lifts you high enough to see the whole tapestry of your life and the life of your people.
When you call us, do not wait for thunder. We come in the soft swirl of leaves, in the unexpected stillness, in the warm brush of air upon your cheek. This is our handshake, our blessing, our invitation.
The Practice We Give You Today
Stand facing the South.
Take a deep breath, feeling your feet in the earth. Whisper: “Serpent of the South, help me release what no longer serves.”
Turn to the West, breathe again: “Jaguar (Cougar/ Panther) of the West, help me walk without fear.”
Turn to the North: “Hummingbird of the North, fill me with the nectar of joy.”
Turn to the East: “Condor (Eagle) of the East, lift my vision to the highest good.”
When you have called all four, stand in the center and feel the winds in your body. You have become a living despacho, an offering of light.
We are the Laika. We walk beside you. We speak in wind and silence. We remind you: you are the breath between worlds.
